Kelli and I have been invited to teach a gluten-free cooking class at the Whole Foods in Littleton, CO. The one hour seminar is titled “Great and Gluten-Free,” and we’ll be sharing our GF flour blend with attendees. Then we’ll use that blend to make delicious pancakes and Belgian waffles from scratch.
